About Sacred Pathways Healing Arts
Sacred Pathways Healing Arts is a heart-led sanctuary for deep healing, creativity, and spiritual connection. It is a collection of sacred tools and practices curated with the intention to support others on their path toward wholeness. Whether through rhythm, ritual, color, energy, or intuition, the offerings are designed to help you reconnect—with yourself, with your spirit, and with the Great Spirit and Great Mystery that holds us all.
Each session, circle, and creation is rooted in the belief that healing is a sacred birthright. Whether in one-on-one sessions or group gatherings, remote or in person, Sacred Pathways provides space for genuine transformation. From drum circles that connect us to our rhythm and spirit songs, to crafting our own drums, rattles, and sacred callers, to portal painting and spirit painting that reveal the unseen—we come together to honor our journeys and our ancestors.

What Sacred Pathways Offers
Drum Circles & Drum Building
Drums are ancient tools that mirror the heartbeat of our mother in the womb and the heartbeat of the Earth. Whether you join a drum circle or create your own sacred drum, this work helps you reconnect with rhythm, voice, and ancestral wisdom.
Rattle Making & Sacred Sound Tools
Rattles carry the medicine of air, earth, fire, water, and spirit, and can help cleanse the energetic field, awaken dormant energy, and act as spirit callers during ceremony. These sacred items can be created in group workshops or one-on-one sessions.
Reiki Healing (In-Person or Distance)
I am a Level II Reiki practitioner, trained in the ancient lineage of this Japanese energy healing system. Reiki brings balance to the energy body, clears blockages, and can deeply support emotional, mental, and physical healing. Each session is held in sacred space and is guided by Spirit and the ancestors.
Art Medicine Journeys
Through intuitive painting, we journey into our emotions, bringing the unseen into form. These guided sessions use paint as a vehicle to access your inner knowing, spirit guides, and ancient wisdom. You don’t need to be an artist—just open to feeling. Sessions can be done remotely or in person and may include light language, portal painting, or sequential mentoring.
Oracle & Mediumship Readings
These sessions open a channel to Spirit Guides, Ancestors, and Loved Ones who have crossed the veil. With compassion and clarity, I bring through the confirmations and messages you need in this season of your life. Oracle cards and intuitive insight help support your transitions, transformations, and spiritual growth.
Alchemistry & Sacred Apothecary
Through the ancient art of plant alchemy, Sacred Pathways offers aromatherapy blends, ritual oils, herbal supports, and intention-based creations. These sacred tools are made with reverence for the elements, plant spirits, and lunar cycles, and are often used in ceremony, meditation, or everyday grounding rituals.

About Shannon
As the founder and guide of Sacred Pathways Healing Arts, my deepest prayer is to live a healed and joyful life, and to help others walk that path as well. I see this work as a spiritual practice, one rooted in service, reciprocity, and reverence for the unseen world that so lovingly guides us.
This path has been an unfolding—a remembering of something ancient within me. From the moment I picked up a drum, touched paint to canvas, or laid hands in prayer during Reiki, I knew I was entering sacred space. The deeper I walked, the more I understood that this work isn’t about fixing others—it’s about creating containers for them to remember their own power, truth, and connection to Spirit.
Through this journey, I’ve come to see that we learn and heal in circle—through community, through reflection, and through putting others’ experience above our own, not from a place of martyrdom, but of service and unity. That collective energy—when one heals, we all rise—is what inspires everything I do.
Why I Do This Work
This work is part of my devotion. Every offering shared is a reflection of my own healing, my communion with Spirit, and my desire to raise the vibration of the planet by helping others remember who they are.
