Join us for a heart-centered evening of rhythm, reflection, and reconnection. As the energies around us continue to rise, we’ll gather in circle to explore what it means to stay balanced, grounded, and in tune with our sacred rhythm.
Through guided meditation and drumming, we’ll deepen our connection to the heartbeat of Mother Earth and to the wisdom within.
Bring your drum, rattle, or any instrument that calls to you. A few extras will be available to share. All are welcome—no experience needed.
Come as you are. Leave recharged, realigned, and reconnected.
